COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
SPRING - Pale malty flavors are balanced with a rich hop flavor and a light fruit bouquet in this tradtitional spring-time lager. Extended aging and traditional dry-hopping give this potent, blonde bock a distinctive flowery aroma.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy amber body with an average off-white head and descent lacing. Aroma of caramel, grain, cereal, and florals. Flavor of caramel malt and grain with a light grassy skunkiness.

Pour is clear light golden amber with almost no head at all...smell is sweet and grassy...strongly bitter and light tasting with a vegetal finish...

Bottled Pours a pale golden amber with a lacy off-white head. Aroma of flowers and fruit. Medium body and caronation. Taste starts with sweet nutty toasted maltiness and goes to floral/spicy hoppiness for a crisp, slightly bitter finish.

Bottled. Poured a clear copper with a tall initial cap of white head... left some purdy lacing as it went down. Nose was of springy lighter-sweet malts.. mildly toasted.. with a surprising citrus and light fruit component. Floral hoppage met lightly toasted caramel and toffee in the flavor... with a significant floral and citrus presence from the dry-hopping. Medium-bodied to the middle, losing some steam between the middle and the finish. Finish of caramel and citrus almost felt like an IPA. Very drinkable.. missed a bit on the style.

I was surprised by this beer. Not nearly as bold as I expected. Very mild, almost like a Sam Adams. Not a whole lot of bitterness, mostly malty, creamy texture.

This beer pours a beautiful clear gold with a large white head that lasts and lasts. With tiny bubbles cascading to the top, the foam head dissipates leaving tiny white lacing along the side of the glass. This is one of the prettiest beers I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. The aroma is pleasantly mild with traces of malt and yeast. The blond bock has a creamy, lighter texture than its darker cousin, very refreshing and a great accompaniment to a sandwich and chips. It finishes with a satisfying crisp hoppy finish with no aftertaste.

Thanks to Ughsmash for this one. Clear, with a deep golden color and a musty aroma. It has a smooth mouthfeel & a slightly sweet flavor. Very nice.

On tap at Longneck. Aroma was slightly citrusy and you could detect the carmelly toasty malt that would for sure become evident in the flavor. Color was an attractive orange amber, the taste was the malty carmel toastiness you smelled in the aroma, I didn’t get the hop flavor others got, although there was pleasing hop bitterness at the end. Almost over carbonated, but this could have been the fault of the dispenser. I thought it was a very fine Mai
