3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Lightly hazed copper color with a moderate, but stable off-white head. Sweet, lightly toasted malt scents and just a hint of floral hops. Light carbonation. Mild malt and an increasing bitterness as it runs across the palate. A decent straight forward Irish red ale. 1/12

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Murky dark amber color with a small firm head. Aroma is resiny hops and sweet caramel malt. Flavor is doughy malt at the very beginning followed quickly by a long hit of dry medicinal hops. Smooth and medium bodied with light carbonation and a quick dry finish. Very nice.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours lightly hazy amber with a one finger head. There’s a moderate caramel malt aroma. The flavor is mostly malts and unfortunately is rather lacking. The mouthfeel is on the thin side. There’s some hops in the finish, but not much. As others have noted, it’s really not much better than a macro lager

22oz bottle 10/7/14 (Binny’s Naperville)-42° in English Pint-Pours a murky medium amber with a loose tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, toffee, and slight hops. Taste of the same. This light to medium bodied brew is just another amber.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-amber color with a lots of minuscule floaters and a medium sized creamy orange-tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was malty caramel, dark fruits and bread. The flavor was sweet and malty bread, caramel and faint vague fruits. Medium length sweet malty bread and fruit finish. Medium body and smooth. Pleasant.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
On tap at the Middleton Sprecher Pub - Pours dark amber with a white head. Nose is nail polish, sharp malt, bitter grassy hops. Real sharp taste, too, with bitter maltiness that borders on nail polish and bitter, grassy hops on the finish. Mellow bubbles in the medium body, but this one is done in by the horrible nail polish note.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Amber with a mild floatie presence and a slowly fading tan head. Aroma is grainy with caramel, malt and mild hops. Taste of caramel, mild earth, perfumed malts and a mild herbal quality as well.
