Bottle; poured a clear, pale gold. Some visible carbonation streams. Small, quickly diminishing head. Aroma was pretty strange, not bad, just strange. Aroma is fruit, honey; sweet and medicinal. Taste was like licking a band aid, which isn’t a glowing endorsement. Some fruity and spicy elements. Maybe its a required taste that I have yet to acquire. Didn’t finish the whole bottle.

Bottle. Strange aroma like phenolic fruit. Not bad, just strange. Slightly hazy golden color with not much head at all. Near medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. The flavor is passing strange. Some sort of unusual spice and apple skin. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s drinkable. The finish is near astringent and is not unkind to the mouth.

Bottle. Hazy yellow body with a bright white head. The aroma is very medicinal with menthol and pears. There is also a little bit of ginger. The taste is nasty old band aids and some pear core. There is also ginger spice in the finish. Fairly sharp carbonation. Bad from the start and it does not get any better with warming.

Bottle: The aroma consists of tequila and apples. It pours a hazy golden-orange with a minimal white head that quickly fades to a small ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with light sour apple and finishes with that baby aspirin sorghum flavor. It leaves a light band aid aftertaste. Light-bodied with lively, but not prickly carbonation.

Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured a hazy golden color with an averagel white frothy head that modtly lasted with good lacing. Good aroma of spice and tart citrus. Medium body with soft carbonation. Good tart citrus flavor with a spicy sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting complex good brew.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is of lemons, yeast and maybe a rice like smell. First sip is different, as the aroma suggests. Lightly citrus, that rice type flavor. The palate is actually quite refreshing, crisp and light. Not a bad brew, different and crafted well.

Pours a light amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of spices, slight lemon, and some sweet malts. Flavor is a little more fruity then the aroma led on. Flavor is of banana, lemon, and spices. Has a little tartness on the finish. Interesting but I probably wouldn’t buy another bottle.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with very little head. The aroma is quite odd as expected. Aromas is tart and lemony but that doesn’t describe it fully. Has a spicy tea-like flavor. Fruity with lemons, banana and pear. Leaves a yeasty residue. This actually tastes like what beer should taste like in Africa. This is one to try if you’re looking to go outside the box. If you can drink more than one in a sitting then you’re my hero.
