3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Having recently been to Germany, I immediately recognized this brew's German styling. Faint notes of smoked stone in the aroma, which really don't come out much in the palate...a good thing. Nice carbonation with thin, brownish orange color. Clear, off-white head. Good lace. Nice moderately malty amber; not too malty. Nice German flavor. A good overall brew, though I am a little surprised it made it as high as the 80th percentile.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice orange color and thick creamy head begin this one. The flavor is nice, neither overpowering nor weak, and has a nice hoppy aftertaste. This beer is good, though a better aroma would improve the experience and take this beer to the next level.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Huge malty Vienna with a great bitter finish. The worst that can be said is that the flavors lack integration, but the flavor is so big and the finish so long, I hate to nitpick here. Excellent. Big thanks to Howie.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very malty, and well balanced. Haven’t had one quite like it, however it’s quite good. The hops and malts make a nice play together for an interesting beer.

Light malty aroma, nicely roasted. Quite hoppy but adequately balanced.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very very nice forthis style. Not as agressively hopped assome of my fave Viennas (riverwest stein, elliot ness) but still incredibly well-balanced. The malt is terrific and never get too cloying because of the just-right hop presence.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(on tap) A very even-tempered brew. Medium copper color with a thinnish head. A very full taste that leans a little to the bitter side. Maybe slightly over-carbonated, but very nice!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Semi-sweet and moderately bitter. Toasted oat aroma and copper colored body. The finish is smooth, but there is nothing too spectacular here.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Maltier than most pilseners, and more flavorful. Thankfully, it hasn’t got the overpowering Saaz aroma of a Victory Prima Pils, which I don’t miss. Excellent stuff!
