Commercial Description:
Wit Amber Ale is dark wheat ale hand crafted from roasted grains and a blend of exotic spices including cumin. Rich and flavorful but still not bitter, Wit Amber also traces its roots to the days before hops became the dominant spicing for beers and ales, to the fifteenth century when Belgian brewers first used rare grains and spices to produce colorful, specialty brews.

Hmmm.... I can’t really decide on this one. My beer may be old. I’m not too familiar with this brewing company, but I found some stuff in a small store, and haven’t seen it elsewhere. It may have been there since europeans came to the americas for all I know. It tastes a little past it’s prime, but still ok. On to the characteristics, fellers. It’s very light bodied, with little to no hops evident. I guess it’s not the kind of beer to be drinking in freezing weather.
