This is a straight ahead, German-style pilsner; dry, clean with a bracing hop finish. 11 Point Pilsner is the type of beer that goes well with a range of food, or simply enjoyed on its own. Brewed with premium 2-row malted barley, noble hops, soft water and Bavarian lager yeast. Prost!

Classic noble hop pils aroma, though a little faint. Slight earth. Grassy hop taste. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean lager yeast. Nice example of German pils. More character than Warsteiner, etc. A lawnmower treat!

Bottle at home in CT - big thanks to ma and sis for picking this up during their travels. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a fading, foamy white head. The aroma has straight biscuity pale malts, some cereal, with accents of floral hops. Light sweet flavor, a little sugary, with some more cereal, dirty hay, faint notes of plastic, tangerine, lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance on the finish, some further cereal and grains, bready malts, lemon rind, tangerine, grass. An OK pils. Slightly scattered, but OK.

Keg @ Springfield. Light gold pour with a tiny tan head. Doughy, some leaf pile and forest flier on the nose. Delicate caramel and crisp apples. Light paper. Slight bitterness on the finish. Light body, soft carb. Basic, but not bad.

This was one of the better beers I tried during my visit in 2014. Light and sessionable, but with a great mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste.

Draft at GABF 2013. Faint aroma of soap, minerals, potato starch. No lemon, no floral or fruit notes. Stale smelling. Airy, light body, some salt, grains. Plain flavor, waterty, thin texture. No glaring flaws but rather a simple and basic try.

12oz bottle 7/19/13 (Brown Derby Springfield) 48° in Large Tulip like glass. Pours a clear golden with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of corn, sweetness, and grains. Taste of the same with more sweetness on the back end. This light bodied brew is not bad but not my cup of brew.

It poured a yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was of some straw, hops, and a little hay. The taste was similar as the aroma. Not a bad beer.

Technically excellent pils with nice spicy hop character. Classic bright gold color with white foam that seems to glow. Some honest cereal in the aroma and flavor, with a tight, grassy-spicy hop-bitterness. After years of popping into the "Brew-Co" as the locals call it, my regard for its lagers has only grown over time.
