COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Seasonal;
A refreshing, fruity, golden beer with a dry finish with a hint of cinnamon. A Christmas seasonal beer for November and December. This beer, like Charlie’s Angel, is full of fresh oranges, but with the warmth of added cinnamon. The malt is Maris Otter Pale, and the hops are Cluster, with the Nottingham Ale yeast.

Cask@the. Bellwether, wednesbury. Golden beer with large head and good lacing. Faint aroma of malts. Taste is citrus, some spices, corriander and a touch of yeast. Decent enough.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, flowers - nectar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111229]
