Cask; brown, clear, tight white head; smooth with a pleasant malty backbone; the cereal character is backed by a citrus hop tang and light bitterness; a good, tasty, easy drinking trad bitter found in excellent condition.

Whilst traditional in style, there is sufficient acidity on the palate and a satisfying foamy head. Reminds you how good beer can get!

Or, "Toni Hood" as my spell check has renamed it. Cask handpull, PoW, Hinckley, 19/03/14. Dusted brass with a slim white foam. Powdered ginger and/or coriander aroma with sweet malt loaf and apple strudel wafts. Pleasantly overdone spekuloos spice flavour with hints of background dankness, honey and lemon puff biscuit. Dough and Anna’s biscuit linger. Not bad but a Danish pint is plenty.
