Bottle from Un Dun, West Lebanon. Cloudy copper with very fizzy noisy head and no lace and little brown dead yeasties. Banana clovey bubble gum aroma. Very sweet honey vanilla and fruit with moderately spicy bitterness and cloying finish. Medium body near flat after gas escapes via fizz. I canít find a date on it, but I specifically asked if this was "this winterís" beer and the guy at Un Dun told me it was. Seems to have the right flavors but itís like they separated and decayed. Anyhow, disappointing. Also, should be a weizen bock. .

Will pour a five+ finger white head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Cloudy light amber color, ton of yeast left in bottle. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Lemon and yeast nose, flavor is same, smooth lemon and yeast. Decent wheat. $7.95 for a 22oz bottle from Bertís Better Beers Hooksett, NH.

22 Oz bottle. Thanks to Cavie. Pours a cloudy straw yellow with white head. Aroma of strong wheat malt and subtle banana esters. Flavor is very much the same bit I would like to emphasize strong wheat malt notes, very nice. Mouthfeels is light, soft body....good stuff.

22 oz. bottle. Hazy yellow in color. High carbonation, thick fluffy, 1 inch head. Aroma of spice (coriander) Lemon zest and wheat. Medium body, carbonation gives the tongue a fizzy tingle. Finish produces a sourness that may co-inside with the ABV. A very nice wheat ale that has great qualities. Brew is still very drinkable once it warms, not always the case with a wheat ale. I would recommend to anyone who hasnít had this beer who likes wheat beers. After drinking this, I am willing to try other beers from Squam.
