COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Spur & Vine puts a Northwest twist on our classic American Hard Cider. Starting with the same apples and yeast as The Original, a generous amount of Galaxy hops were added to the cider during cold conditioning. Since no heat is applied to the hops, the cider takes on flavors and aromas of peach, melon, and honeysuckle, but with none of the traditional hop bitterness. Spur & Vine is best served straight up to allow the complexities of this cider to shine.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2014 Bottle. Typical color and head, light aroma. Flavor leans dry, but manages to stay in bounds. Really nice subtle complexities to this, and I really do pick up hops. Overall, itís easy to drink, very enjoyable, perfectly balanced, and worth having again, especially for the reasonable price. Excellent and unique cider.

A really good cider, I thought. Tart and little bitter, with some heavy green apple flavors.

On Tap at Whole Foods, Boise. Clear deep golden orange with a nice fine white head. Fresh apple aroma with some citrusy hop notes. Bright fresh apple flavor. Just a touch of the hops coming though.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small bubbly head. A big fresh hop and apple nose. The flavor is mostly fresh perfumy hops, apples, sweet. Quite good.

Second review of this cider! It was okay, but it doesnít come in a can at all. No meat scent, though. Apple skin, fruity esters, and some yeast. A bit of sugar, floral hops, and plenty of chemical goodness! Iíll drink it.

22 oz bottle, shared with Poisoneddwarf and Anderson01- Pours light honey golden with a thin collar of foam. The aroma is white wine, peach and honeysuckle. The taste is light apple, not overpowering, semi dry white wine, peach, a little of the hops imparting a little dankness. Good, but probably wont purchase again.

Bright bronze colour, fresh berryish hop aroma. The palate is less cohesive, with the hops and apple both clashing and being cohesive...not sure what to make of this.

Bomber, shared with brenn79 (thanks!) and anderson01. Pours clear pale golden with a ring of white foam. Aroma consists of apples, cat piss, sauvignon blanc, minerals. Taste is sweet briefly before becoming tart. Has a real white wine character. Carbonation is fairly soft, body is medium. Hops come through more in aroma than flavor. Just ok overall.
