On tap at the brewery, bright brown color, with no head, toasty malt nose, with some cookie dough, fruity raisiny, plummy esters, with a toffee, caramel, faint nuttiness aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet toasted, grape bubblegum character, with some grainy, caramelized malt accents, some raisiny, plummy fruitiness, leading towards a malty, fruity, subtle lingering hop bitterness finish.

Tasted 4/18. Pint from the brewpub. Filtered with a dark brwon bronze hue. Spotty taupe head. Aromas of caramel and graham crackers. Bready and cinnamon notes. Medium bodied with malty flavors and a slight raisin note. Mild dark dried fruit mixed with cinnamon. Low acidity and a dry finish. Sugary undertones. Flavors of tangy red berries. Touch sulfurous. Good smooth malts. Solid.

Very yummy beer. Aroma is sweet caramel, nuttiness. Taste is all caramel nuttiness with a bit of toast that lingers. Mouthfeel is viscous, sweet and full. Just a nice, well made beer.
