750 ml bottle, cool label. Pours a very clear copper color with a small white head that dissipates. A big nose of honey and light lavender. The flavor is much more prominent lavender, some sweet honey, earthy, very perfumey, light apples. Clean and easy. Interesting. Jason (the brewer) had talked about how he had tried to limit the lavender, it is still quite big:)

750mL thanks to douglas88. It pours out a nice clear deep gold body of brew that supports an off white head. The aroma is bruising with big floral lavender notes with some mild honey sweetness around the edges. I’m not a big fan of big floral brews so the aroma got my expectations low prior to the first sip. The taste has pleasing balance between big flowery lavender and carbonation enhanced spicy hops, yeasty spices and then flowing into sweet honey notes. It ends pretty neutral and a touch dry. The more I drink and get into this beer the more I like it and the aroma seems more inviting as it warms. Solid stuff, well done.

750 mL bottle. Poured hazy medium golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up fragrant lavender and lesser herbal notes over honey.. lots of honey going on.. interesting. The flavor found honey and lesser caramel with fresh, dank lavender, cloves, and tight, aggressive carbonation laced throughout.. the expected lavender and honey stuck around on the finish. Light-medium bodied with prickly carbonation on the palate.. OK feel and flow.. very drinkable.

Thanks to Santa for a great beer that was perfect for a late summer evening. Despite the low ABV this is a beer to enjoy over time. Full of flavor it packs quite a punch for something that so sessionable.

Aroma / Appearance - The rosy gold transparent body and minimal creamy white head play well with each other. Lively carbonation adds life. The tropical nose contains not only fruity floral notes but squash and herbs. It feels like walking through a farmer’s market.

Flavor / Palate - Almonds, white pepper, ground up flowers fresh from the garden, and honey meld into an inviting experience. Unfortunately it doesn’t last long. This beer has a robust feel for being only 5% ABV. This would be a perfect fall seasonal except for the fact it is only August.

Bottle from a trade with Gription79. Pours hazy dark straw color with white head. Aromas of lavender and wheat with some biscuit malts. Lavender flavor dominates with some biscuit malts with a touch of sweet honey. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Dallas.

Pours a murky brown, with a quickly dissipating light tan head. Smell is quite interesting and compex. Tons of different things to pick out. Graham crackers, nutmeg, clove, brown sugar, cinnamon, and if you breathe deeply a little ketchup. Taste is somewhat similar to the smell, big on the nutmeg and some clove. Cinnamon, brown sugar, and various other spices are all quite noticeable. Finish is fairly smooth and delightful
