Poured amber with an off white head. Aroma of hops and malt. More malt texture than hops. Good flavor for being light.

Bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma has some citrus, grassy and earthy hops, mild pine needles with mild pale and toasted malt. The flavor has much of the same with a dry, mildly bitter finish. Drinkable; nothing pops, but nothing bad either.

Bottle to taster. Looks solid; a hazy dark orange with thin off-white lacing. Smells hoppy and fairly malty (for an APA) with notes of citrus zest. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Alright.

12oz bottle, thanks to my parents for bringing this back for me from a road trip. Bottled 3/21/13, shared with b3shine and alexsdad06. Totally hazy peach color.. I may have given myself the bottom pour. Little white head, pretty nice lace. Lighter body. Smooth, kind of crisp carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Very easy drinking and refreshing. Nice lightly grassy hop, some toasty malt, lighter on the caramel. Good dry hop aftertaste, some foresty hop. Good moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Suprisingly tasty, easy-drinking and refreshing pale ale.

Highly carbonated tongue dance but little head. Starts with orange, turns hoppy bitter, then pleasantly sour. Subtle hops aroma. Goes well with my beef chili topped with chopped onions, jalapeños, and sour cream.

I’ve drank a truckload of this beer over the last 10+ years... But I’ll try to be objective. Citrus fruit, pine, and onion hop aroma, with a little bread crust. Nice hop flavor and substantial bitterness, balanced with some lightly toasted bread malt flavor. Dry malt flavor -- relative to the style.

Golden color out of the bottle with a thin white head. Nice fresh citrus hop nose with lots of grapefruit rind. Lots of hop flavors with red grapefruit, orange zest and some water. The beer seems a little thin, but then again it is a 4% beer. Good hop flavor, but not enough malts to really support it. Easy drinking hoppy beer.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Light citrus hops aroma and a grassy citrus taste with a decent bitterness.
