Can. Pours filtered deep orange with thick head and lacing. Relatively mild nose but big fruity citrus and hop bite up front. Sweet malt balanced finish with medium mouthfeel. Solid iipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Itís good, it has a maltier nose than anticipated, bit its good. Pine and citrus notes are there. Pours a hazy amber, nice head with good lacing and legs on it. Taste is a nice balance of malts and hops, orange and grapefruit are there, as well as pine, with light caramel malts. Good brew!

From 12oz bottle to tulip glass. Pour is a nice deep amber, thicker head that rose to the top and dissipated quickly. Once is light floral and light hop, slight alcohol. Unusual aroma, usually imperials are dominated by hops. Taste is bitter, light medium body with hints of sweetness for a touch of balance. Very crisp and sharp on the palate, finishes very clean. Interesting beer, balanced for an imperial yet harsh at the same time.

Bottle at Squatters in SLC. Thanks to the inane laws of Utah, you can get all the tiny samples of 3.2 beer you want to sample, but if you want something with higher alcohol content, you have to buy a full bottle in whatever format happens to be available. Which means if you are a sampler, you end up actually consuming more alcohol and fewer samples, which utterly defeats the intended purpose of the law. Rant over. Last beer of the night at Squatters - not because I didnít want to try more stuff, but because I didnít want to be drinking full size servings of everything else I wanted to try, particularly of the high octane stuff. Stupid laws. OK, so the rant wasnít quite over after all. Medium orange amber, clear, decent head. Huge hop aroma, pine sap oriented. Flavor was a near match - caramel accented malts with a huge hit of pine and earthy hops. Really aggressive co-humulone content here, had a certain harshness as a result. Not a bad beer, but not my favorite profile.

Bottle during March Madness. Deep orange hue with little head. Aroma has some resin and mild floral quality. Heavier alcohol taste with a massive influx of bitter at the end. Less sweetness than expected for a double IPA. Not one of my favorites. Too heavy handed at the end with hoppy resin. Probably more like hop falling (gradually).

Bottle from Haskells. Orange with long lasting white head. Alcohol and pine aroma . Pine and resin and alcohol taste but the perfect balance isnít there. Dry hopppiness throughout. Finish is an off grain. Solid ,but canít compete with the top dipas.

Bottle. Pours a rather cloudy amber color with a moderate off white head on it. Nose is very hoppy, yet smells old, like the hops have turned. Taste is quite bitter with a bite to it, but also tastes like its been on the shelf too long. Too bad... it could be good.

12 fl.oz. can. Light brown in the glass. Nicely floral in the glass. The beer starts smooth, very nice floral. Very easy drinkable. The aftertaste is smooth, floral and nicely malty.
Nice floral IPA! --> 12/12/12/12

Draft sample. Clear orange in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of pine sap, tropical citrus fruit, and spicy hummus (weird, I know). A bit sweeter in the mouth than I would like, with elements of candied orange peel, concentrated florals, and pine gum. Heavy bodied with a decent amount of bitterness. Ok as is, given its complexity, but really needs to be leaner.

Pretty good but a touch malty for me, with a sweet aftertaste. In SLC at a bar ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
