Bottle. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of sweet malt, pine resin and citrus. Flavor is balanced between sweet malt and bitter hops with light alcohol warming. Medium body with a slightly syrupy mouth feel. Decent IIPA, lots of hops and a bit on the sweet side.

Bottle at Eddie McStiff’s. Pours orange with a small head. Pretty good hop aroma, grapefruit and herbs. Malts are apparent too. The flavor is enjoyable, but I could use more hops. Still there is a pleasant citrus bite. It’s balanced for the style.

Nice orange pour with a big white head. Aroma is pine resin, grapefruit, citrus. Flavor is more resin. Big malt flavor. Might be a bit old. Hop flavor seems a little faded. Spicy. Decent

Bottle acquired in Secret Santa. This pours a amber-gold color with a good thick frothy head. A notch of lace clings to the glass after each sip. The aroma is a fairly basic scent of pine, resin, and caramel. Going down this is silky smooth with a hefty sweet caramel backbone supporting a sharp resinous hop profile. The flavor has hints of citrus with a touch of grass. The finish is bitter and dry. Solid stuff.

Pours a dark orange, with lots of carbonation, & medium head. Heavy citrus, grapefruit aroma. Bitter, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine flavor.

Very light for a 9% abv. and only mild bitterness. The taste is pleasant, but somewhat lacking in depth/intensity. For the price and for the high alcohol content, this is a very good beer and I would get it again, but wouldn’t necesarily recommend it as a beer you need to try.

12oz bottle from Wilkes and Lynn. Orange pour with a thin off-white and slight lacy stick. Aroma is sweet toasted malts. Tastes are earthy toasted malt, resiny grapefruit, orange, floral, syrupy sweet. Crisp and clean - little sweet for my DIPA tastes, but well done.

Great beer, especially for the price. For $8-9 for a six pack, it’s every bit as good as some $10+ four packs. A regular in my fridge.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with no head. Citrus bomb in aroma and flavor. Nice finish. Great IIPA!
