Color is clearish orangish copper. Light head, scattered light lace. Mild aroma for double ipa status but I dont know where this bottle has been, could have floated on the ocean to a beach and carried by a stork to a localish liquor store for all its worth. A little malty with light hops. Taste has subtle hops with a nice double ipa maltyness, finish is refined and balanced with citrus and pine and sweetness.Mild linger. Decent double ipa. As a double Ipa, I like this more than average as I dislike alot of double ipa’s.

Pours an attractive peach colour. Aromas of spicy resin and some underlying tropical fruit notes. Some nice citrus and peach flavours followed by a smooth bitter and slightly spicy finish.

airrick2003 (444) - Louisiana, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Appearance: very clear, orange color, beige head is thick and very dense Aroma: strong pine, grass, citrus, hoppy with out a doubt Taste: strong malt, pretty bitter, alcohol, grass, faint citrus Palate: average c02, leaves mouth dry, medium mouthfeel Overall: seems to have a strong alcohol flavor, also strong malt and hops competing, a little more hop complexities would be nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours a dark amber color with a foamy beige head. Mild aroma of hops. Taste and texture is very smooth. There is a perfect blend of hops and malts. Leaves a slighty bitter finish.

troopie (2292) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - AUG 26, 2013
Bottle. Hoppy aroma, but not imperial hoppy, aroma is like a regular IPA. Strong bitter flavour with a sweet backbone. Hop finish has a bit of an alcohol burn.
