Aroma of candied dried fruits, citrus, pine, and grapefruit. Apricots, toffee, lemondrops, all for flavors. Sticky sweet and a slightly watery mouthfeel. Well executed double IPA.

This is a great double IPA from a great brewer. It?s delicious and easy to drink. The hops are flavorful without being overpowering. Enjoy!

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It might have been nice if it had a freshness date. Golden pour with tremendous, foamy cream colored head. Aroma of breaded malts and resiny and earthy hops. Vague booze. Medium body. The hops bring out a light earthy bitterness in the taste.

Slightly hazy copper color with fluffy white head. Strong spicy hop aroma. Taste- rich and hoppy. Caramel, crackery malt and intense spicy, grassy hops. For a IIPA it's pretty avg. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A pretty decent dipa. Amber color with off white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, floral cascade type hops with some citrus and sweet orange. A bit syrupy and pretty 2009.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and light caramel aroma. Caramel and grapefruit flavor with light sweet malt. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Grapefruit and caramel linger with light pine.

Light amber color with white head and good lacing. Subtle pine aroma, not overbearing at all. Tastes is a caramel that I appreciate, not too sweet, enough to hide some bitterness. Hops flavor is citrus, mild due to the sweetness. Medium carbonation, but seems a little sticky. Finish is crisp, but the alcohol flavor comes through a little too much.

sample at big texas beerfest Orange with a wispy head. Fresh hop nose is pine, some malt balance in biscuit. Flavor with more balance from malt, but again, earthy pine dominates. A little salty of a finish for me, particularly given the thin mouth.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, slightly hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought orange, grapefruit, pine, hints of spice and a slight yeasty note. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, biscuit into a bit of caramel, orange, grapefruit, slight old hoppy notes, finishing fairly bitter.

Bottle. Slightly hazy copper with small beige head. Aroma of biscuit, light citrus hops, and toasted malt. Medium body, moderate citrus and pine hop bitterness, moderate malt backbone, and a citrus finish.
