Like your favorite hammock, this IPA is perfectly relaxed and balanced. The smoothness of premium barley lies in equilibrium with the hoppiness of a classic American IPA. Kick back and reward yourself with this multiple award-winner.

12oz bottle via trade with BŁck Dich - Thanks Jordan! - Pours golden slightly cloudy with a fair white creamy head that stayed pretty well. Aromas of light grassy and floral hops over light pale malts. Flavor is light pale malts and grains blended pretty well with grassy and floral hops. Just a touch of peach flavor in there as well. Palate is light and lowly carbonated. Crisp and clean though. Really not a bad IPA at all!

Bottle Pours a slightly hazy light orange with a decent sized and fairly lasting sandy colored head. Spotty lacing Aroma is a faint and blunt sweet hoppt aroma. The flavors are decidedly more balanced with the light and sweet malts coming through a bit more. A bit cereal and honey like but refreshing. Mild lingering hop bitterness. Soft carbonation and a smooth creamy feal.

Bottle: Clear gold color with no head. It has an inviting sweet hoppy aroma of grapefruit, fruit leather and mild pine products. The taste is not as strong as you would expect from an IPA, but still good. The mild bitter flavor fades pretty quick. The medium body is crisp and refreshing. Pretty good.

Clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma is hoppy but flat. So is the taste. Some hops and some malt with a metallic finish. Not my kind of IPA.

Golden with a white head. Aroma began floral, developing malty notes. Taste was fruity grapefruit with a lasting bitter finish. Very good.

Decently hoppy IPA, piney and grapefruit nose, with a bit of bready lamtliness. Evenly well balanced, but a little on the lighter side and somewhat thin.

Bottle: Dull golden, large foamy white head, sticky lacing. † Moderate hop nose, slightly earthy with a touch of malts. † Pale citrusy hop start, mild malts, very quick to finish with a slight biscuity flare. † Lighter example, yet somewhat clean. † Body and mouthfeel are moderate but not far from the thin side. † Probably makes a better Pale Ale than IPA in my book. † Decent, but not hefty enough to carry the IPA designation. † Thanks Jordan for the bottle!

Courtesy of Buch Dich <!-- P --> Light floral hops in the fore. Some orange blossomy notes. Golden yellow in color with a thumb thick, firm, white head. Very light and crisp in the fore. Low bittering hops. Very subdued IPA that would leave most hop heads furious. Some grainy and malty notes in the finish. I like it. itís appropriately bitter without searing the tongue and has a refreshing elelment to it you seldom find in the hoppier IPAís. Iím thinking maybe slcbrewer got something else though cause this beer is in no way copper..itís very yellow/golden.

Probably one of the two best beers made in Utah. A nice traditional English IPA. Good copper color, not too much head. Hops are there, but itís not a hop bomb by any means. Very drinkable.

Im a big fan of these fellows. Aroma is grapefruit hops, ontop of a seriously nutty caramel base, no messing about here. Taste is similar not as chewy a some others, but a great beer.
