UPDATED: NOV 15, 2013 Appearance: average gold color, slight haze to it, pours with a medium dense head that is off white Aroma: grass, pine, citrus, a bit faint Taste: some grain, strong citrus, finishes with a bitterness but not overly bitter, grass, pine, Palate: light mouthfeel, lively carbonation, light bitter aftertaste, Overall: I really like this style of ipa, light malt gets out of the way of the hops, highly drinkable, delicious ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lovely IPA, with plenty of fruits on the hoppy aroma and flavour: passion fruit, sweet ice wine grapes, peaches and grapefruit. Excellent balance on the hoppy bitterness against all the sweetrness of those same fruits brought in by the hops. The excessive yellow on colour on the head could be a bit of a shock, but this would be a great "English Style" (??) American IPA to be initiated with.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2014 Deep gold, slight haze, off white head. Aroma of biscuity malt with a touch of caramel, piney hops with light citrus. Flavor: toasty malt, pronounced resiny bitterness followed by some orange-citrus hop flavor, finishes with a pleasant lingering bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2013 Pours orange gold with a trace of white head. Smells delicious, tropical fruits and pine. Caramel malt, toffee with a touch of piney hop which fades with a touch of orange and pear sweetness at the finish. Good English style IPA.

Fruity, piney hop aroma, nice malt presence. Golden color. Balanced bitter, solid sweet undertone. Crisp and lively, yet also soft enough to be easygoing. Great basic IPA.

Absolutely magnificent! Without a doubt the finest IPA Iíve ever tasted, and Iíve tasted a few! The hop balance is perfect. Nice hop flavor which doesnít fade to bitter as many IPAs tend to do.

A wonderful example of the piney IPA. This brew comes unclean and finishes just a bit sweet as you might expect of an English style. Great balance and wonderful mouthfeel, but only lacking in a little of the depth of some others. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Location: Draft at Ginger Man - Houston, 7/23/13

Aroma: The nose is on the lighter side, but is has some nice, clean hops
Appearance: This one pours a nice, copper color, with a fairly small head
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet and medium bitter, decent hop feel for an English IPA
Palate: It has a medium body, a clean, crisp feel, and a medium dry finish
Overall Impression: My first rating from Squatters/Salt Lake Brewing. Nice, clean, easy drinking IPA. Whatís not to enjoy here?

Bottle pour clear golden. Nose tropical fruit and pine hop. Taste initial pain and grapefruit. Some sweet initial then strong malt. Bitter finish.
