Of course, this is after a Pizza Port bomber of Wipeout, so perhaps I’m biased. Not a bad malty beer, which I usually don’t like - but it works. It just really isn’t an IPA. More like a Scotch Ale.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2013 12oz bottle thanks to Gription79. Pours a clear copper color with an inch of creamy yellow tinted head. Aroma of citrus and floral hops. Taste is buttery, mostly citrus, with some flora hop notes. Also has a slightly yeasty after taste.

Bottle at circle d. Notes of mango and citrus in nose. Nice lacing in appearance. Dry hoppy finish. Really nice

Grapefruit hop aroma and flavor; some tangerine-like flavor, too. Light malt flavor: cereal, light caramel, mildly sweet. Moderate bitterness.

This poured a lighter orange color with an off white head. Aroma was of grassy and herbal hops with light caramel notes. Flavor was fairly bitter, medium citrus notes and some caramel sweetness. Think this would have been better if a little fresher.

Amber with a large slowly dissipating off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, toasted malt, toffee, tannins and mild dankness. Taste is pale and earthy with caramel, toasted malt, grains and mild bitterness.

Great IPA. Starts with citrus, grapefruit moving toward a pine nut finish. Very clean and drinkable but also traditionally hoppy; nearly perfect balance between tart/bitter to clean/sweet. Alcohol is subtle and in the background.

Aroma: spicy hops, biscuit and toasty malts, bread, slightly earthy, light fruit character.
Appearance: golden, good clarity, thick white head with spotty lacing.
Flavor: spicy/earthy hops, some citrus, medium bitterness, nice malt profile that balances the hops nicely. Bread, biscuit, some caramel, a bit of background sweetness. Fairly dry finish.
Palate: medium body and carbonation.
Overall: really nice IPA, very drinkable.

Floral, orange and light grapefruit. Light sweet malt flavor. Light palate works well with the floral dominance. Lingering citrus hop resin on the tongue. Excellent beer.
