Squatters first nitro beer in draft distribution. This blonde English style cream ale is silky smooth with delicate hop aroma, the first one won’t even touch the sides.

Grainy malt flavor: cereal, light bread; pretty sure there’s some corn. Some sweetness, too. Carbonation was probably a little flatter than it should have been at A Bar Named Sue.

Served at the Wasatch Brewpub, as the two brewer’s are connected. Yellow amber color with the heavy head of a nitrogen pour. Faint hopping over a grainy bread aroma. Soft malty flavor. Very mellow beer for starting or ending a night.

Draft at Squatter’s. Beautiful pour of hazy yellow with an inch thick creamy white head. Simple aroma of malt and a touch of grass. Slightly sweet flavor of malt along with some light fruits. Creamy mouthfeel and refreshing. I have a thing for tasty session ales, and this one fits the bill. After a long hard day on the road, this was perfection.

on tap at wasatch in park city 7/21/10. orange tinted pale golden with a meringue-y nitro white head. not much happening in the aroma... iced tea florals, pale cereal and some faint spice. the flavor is the same and equally bland. nitro creaminess adds softness to the medium body but grows boring as it sits in the pint. it gets dead and watery to the point it almost becomes undrinkable.5/3.5/5/2/12/2.75

On nitro draft at "A Bar Named Sue." Straw with golden highlights in color, this is a beautiful beer. Thick nitro head. Nose is mostly corn and pilsner malt, with a very slight hop presence. The taste is corn and sweet pilsner malts, with a highly creamy mouthfeel. Great session beer, particularly on a hot Utah Summer day. I can’t resist ordering a pint when I see it on nitro tap.

Good light cream ale flavor and aroma. Thick white head, creamy yellow color and hazy as all get out. Nice beer and very easy to drink. A great lawnmower beer.

On tap at Park City last week. On nitro. Color was a clear gold with a nice creamy head. Aroma of bread, must and wheat/yeast. Flavor was the same; solid and easy to drink overall.
