COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We craft this terra-friendly Amber Ale using only premium organic pale and caramel malted barley, aromatic Cascade hops, and a deep love of Mother Nature. You might say it’s brewed the way Mother always intended.

Tap at the brewpub. The look is a slight haze, off white head, and amber in color. The smell is mush, malt, cardboard, hops, and grassy. The taste is hops, bitter, malt, grass, and ok.

Bottle from Whole Foods SLC. Pours amber with a thin khaki head. Leaves a fair amount of lacing. Not much on the nose. A little bit of malt on the tongue but otherwise bland and insipid.

This might be the first amber ale (or any ale) that I can actually taste some caramel flavors. People seem to refer to it quite often but usually I just think they are full of crop. Great color. Mild taste, maybe this is a trend for this brewery. I like this. A bit less than the bumper and hefe , but still good!
