COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the Bavarian tradition, this Pilsner is golden-hued and highly hopped. It is brewed with German variety Magnum hops, then lagered for drinkability.

Yellow and pretty. Highly drinkable first sip. Yucky aftertaste. Not taking a second sip.

Bottle: Yellow with a finger of white head, spotty lacing. Nose is pungent with pilsener qualities; a biscuity malt and ripe dandelions. Taste is consistent with the smell albeit subdued. Nicely carbonated. Refreshing, not one of my favorite styles, but it’s good and I’d drink this again.

Draft at Squatters in SLC. Poured a clear gold, slight white head. Hoppy aroma, bordering on perfume-like florals. Flavor was light crockery malts, but followed by an intense perfume floral note - think violets. Less bitter than expected based on the hop blast. Very well executed, just not a hop flavor I was particularly enamored with. But a well made pils.

Light straw and hay aroma. Clear yellow with some minor lacing. Mildly grassy in terms of bitterness, bready sweet contrast. Has the usual crispness of the style. Ideal first choice for a bar crawl session. Squatters...the beer to have if your having more than 10.

Draft Flight 12/01 (Brewpub-SLC)-Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of grass, hops, and bread. Taste of malt and hops. This light bodied brew was not too shabby.

Bottle from Utah Cooperative. Pours golden with a thin white head. Has some funk on her nose and some junk in her trunk. Actually it’s pretty bland on the tongue and finishes watery. Meh!

This blonde gets a maximum score for appearance. She is plump and slim at the same time, super curvy, healthy, fresh, saucy and terribly enticing. In autumn, she was wearing her mini college skirt and white socks, pure fantasy material for perverts who only care about the label and not really the beer. The Pilsener is nice, crisp and very much into the style, with perhaps the highest metallic taste of all Pilseners. Must be the region. I love metal chicks anyway. Oh that devilish smile… those legs... the haystack…

This beer reminded me. Provo is Mormon central right? Not the best place to have a brewery. Oh well this is decent. Almost bitter not really what I think of as a hoppy taste. Aftertaste is decent with an initial off putting flavor. Alright.

Very floral crisp bits of bitterness bushy and vine. Snappy and effervescent. Very well done. At 4 percent a perfect session ale. No flaws.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2013 Light aroma: Herbal, earthy, fruity (from noble hops, I assume?). Similar flavors, with sweet and grainy malt flavor.
