2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled sample via presario. Light gold in colour with strong carbonation. Aromas of cookie malts, lemon peel, and a bit of spicy hops. Slightly sweet in the mouth with mild black pepper-like hops, and moderately sweet malts. More flavorful than a macro pils, but not by a whole lot. It’s still a bit underhopped and not quite bitter enough. It’s half way there.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a golden yellow color with a finger of head that dissapated quickly. The nose had a honey sweetness to it, and a slight grassy hoppiness. The flavor is malty sweet, almost honey-esque, followed by dry malts and a nice crisp flowery hop finish. The feel is thin to moderate but the drinkabilty is high. Overall, I was fairly impressed with this pils.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light gold. Lasting thin white head. Thin pilsener-like aroma, sugar cookie and hint of pepper. First sip hop level was surprising. Expected a macro flavour. Lots of sweet malt and a light peppery hop. The hop level slackens off after the first sip. Smooth and drinkable.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Provo Girl is the same color as a macro. It is nicely sparkling with microscope lens clarity. The head leaves lacing above the beer as it diminishes to a white film. The fruity wooden hops in the aroma are great but soft. The malt aroma lacks character and is starchy. The body is medium light. It thins at it progresses. It is very soft and waxy like a melted milkshake. The mouth feel vanishes before the flavor ends. This tastes stronger than 4.0% ABV. It’s quite bitter. The hops provide all of the flavor. The aftertaste is bitter and peaty and lasts for a long time. Perhaps clumsily simple, but quite bold. This is barfighting beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle. Skunky and corn aroma. Gold body with white head left some lacing on glass. Bitter hop dominate flavor with small amout od zesty citrus in the mix for beer to be even tollerable for me. Slight sticky lemon bitter palate need to cleanse palate with water for next beer, out.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught sample at Squatter’s Pub & Brewery, SLC. Mild fruity beany aroma, light graininess, with a bit of grassy character. Clear golden body with thin white lacing head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts with mild carbonic acidity, some grainy beany character, and a mild bitterness. Good acidic hoppy finish, though a more subtle fruity character. Hop bitterness in the after. Not quite crisp, but a decent pils.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear gold in color with some fairly heavy and consistent carbonation. Thin foamy head resting on top. Nose is simple: Biscuity malts.
Flavor is typical pilsner with some slight sourness to it. Biscuit and breadiness with some slight hop bitterness. Mouthfeel leaves me just slightly wanting. Not as crisp and "clean" as I tend to liek this style. Nice and easily drinkable beer for the style. None of the flavors our out of "whack."

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From a 12 oz. twist-off bottle, no freshness date, nice looking label, a short blurb along the left of label, sampled at a cellar temperature in a pilsener glass.
Poured a clear, bright yellowish golden with a nice sized foamy white head, settled into a thin, slighty creamy, sudsy lacing.
A faint nose, sweet malts and little grainy, a subtle fruitiness and a light scent of herbs.
Good steady carbonation and a crisp, dry, firm, smooth light bodied mouthfeel.
Tastes of dry, lightly grainy, biscuity malts, a subtle honey lemony fruitiness, a mellow herbal bitterness from the hops, and a dry salty, grainy finish with a softly lingering spiciness in the palate.
Nicely smooth drinking pilsener, not available in my area, if it was, I would be a steady buyer of this.
