On draft at the downtown pub. Nice rye character throughout. The citrusy hops are pleasant and they compliment the rye. Nice and easy drinking. There is a hint of diacetyl, but overall a great beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy amber color with a medium grey head. A light sweet grainy nose. A sweet caramel, and rye, very sweet. Earthy.

On tap at Squatters downtown
Appearance: Clear dark golden with a big off-white head and good lacing
Aroma: Mild aroma of roasted malts, caramel and rye
Taste: Toasted malts, mild sweet caramel, rye, peppery with a sticky sweet finish
Not bad but the finish was too sweet, which took away from the rest of the beer.
