3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 douglas88 (4472) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - MAR 15, 2008
On tap at the SLC brewpub. Pours a dark amber with a thick white head. The aroma is grainy and light roasted malt. The taste is bready, also some lightly toasted malts and a hop finish. I also taste some apples, this beer is like a Fall day. Pretty good.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 mikey (504) - farmington, Utah, USA - AUG 30, 2007
Poured a clear light bronze hue with a head that quickly settles to a thin cap. The nose was green and grassy with toasted malt coming trough beneth. The flavor had tons of biscuity malt flavors with a nice balance of mild floral and grassy bitterness. The finish was bready with more grassy hops. The feel is a bit thin. Still, this is a pretty good viennese.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 BrewDad (4256) - Olympia, USA - JUL 21, 2007
Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Clear clean golden color. A deep malt lager aroma and flavor this was a decent lager. Had a very dry finish and was also easy to drink for a hot day.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JoeMcPhee (7620) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 14, 2007
Tap at the downtown location SLC. Copper coloured brew with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma. Lots of Vienna malt and a bit of biscuity sweetness. Quite creamy and full-bodied texture. Low bitternes with a bit of diacetyl. Not super objectionable and it fades through the glass. Pretty solid.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 hophead75 (2008) - Largo, Florida, USA - OCT 2, 2006
GABF 06. Light amber. Aroma is lightly hoppy and some muted malt/grain. Taste is light malts and lightly hoppy, watery thin palate. I guess I can understand, since this is a 3.2 % beer.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 iratherbe (255) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - NOV 3, 2004
I do enjoy a good Vienna style. Can’t say this is one of them. In fairness I was a little under the weather with this tasting, but none the less did not note anything of substance to remark on other than just a plain & thin offering.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 scoobyluv (503) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - SEP 6, 2004
medium amber. suprisingly hoppy nose with a smooth hoppy taste. this can’t be a lager. it’s more like an ipa in lager clothing.
