Nice caramel flavour. A bit watery, but other than that well-made.

Tap at the downtown location SLC. Copper coloured brew with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma. Lots of Vienna malt and a bit of biscuity sweetness. Quite creamy and full-bodied texture. Low bitternes with a bit of diacetyl. Not super objectionable and it fades through the glass. Pretty solid.

Pours a nice reddish orange color. Aromas of nice citrus/grapefruit hops and sweet malts. Flavor starts nice crisp bitter hop and then mellows to a nice malt.

on tap in slc on 7/22/10. golden with a white head and decent spotty lacing. it smells and tastes of caramel/toffee, lager-y yeastiness, wood, earthy spices and a little citrus. medium bodied. refreshingly easy to drink because of the tingly hops and sharp carbonation. again, kinda meh. but, i could drink a lot of it. 6/3/6/3/13/3.1

On tap at the SLC brewpub. Pours a dark amber with a thick white head. The aroma is grainy and light roasted malt. The taste is bready, also some lightly toasted malts and a hop finish. I also taste some apples, this beer is like a Fall day. Pretty good.

Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/07; nose is bready and caramel malts; clear, dark amber with a snall, glass lacing, off white head.

Caramel nose on this malty brew. Brown color matches the flavor. Crisp and smooth as most of their selection seems to be.

On tap at SLC location. Color was an amber to orange. Aroma was light; with some biscuit malt, bread and caramel. Flavor of toasted malt, bread and not much else. Not much sweetness, or really anything else.
