Aroma is moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruit, moderate apricot, light to moderate hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Jul 10, 2007 Bottle, 6.5%. Anis, peppery, yeast aroma, hint of asparagus. Almost clear copper colour, small white head. Gets quite cloudy orange towards the bottom. The flavour is OK citric with some malt, slightly vinous. Yeasty and citric aftertaste. There is perhaps a little spice in there, but quite flavourless for a blond. Watery finish. High carbonation.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottled. HAzy pale orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly wooden and has some mild yeasty notes in it. Flavour is yeast, some caramel malts and quite herbal notes. Rather sourish-bitter finish.
