(Bottle 33 cl) Orangey golden, hazy ale with a nice, full head. Fine balance between the sweet malt and the hops. Solidly crafted without much refinement. 050402

Bottle, 6.5%. Anis, peppery, yeast aroma, hint of asparagus. Almost clear copper colour, small white head. Gets quite cloudy orange towards the bottom. The flavour is OK citric with some malt, slightly vinous. Yeasty and citric aftertaste. There is perhaps a little spice in there, but quite flavourless for a blond. Watery finish. High carbonation.

Bottled. HAzy pale orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly wooden and has some mild yeasty notes in it. Flavour is yeast, some caramel malts and quite herbal notes. Rather sourish-bitter finish.
