Natural apricot flavour is married to barley and wheat malts to give St-Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale its uniquely delicious, subtly sweet taste. A natural, delightfully refreshing choice for adventurous palates that appreciate a light ale with a playful twist.

Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is a very nice apricot with a bit of grain. Flavor is also decent but not as strong as the aroma. Plenty of apricot to go around with some dry malts. Finish is again dry but sweet. A very decent fruit beer.

Good sized bright white head that recedes slowly. Good carbonation. Nice aroma of peaches, apricots and light grainy malts. Color is a dark copper. Light flavor and palate with just the right amount of fruit. Some tea and spices. Gritty feeling in the mouth and finishes with a bit of lingering tartness. All in all a very good summertime brew.

Pours a clear sparkling light orange with fine off-white fizz on top, looks right in a flute. Smells like juicy apricot candy with subtle hints of wheat. Definitely want to serve this one a bit colder, Sweet juicy apricot flavor marries nicely with light malty ale base. It does kind of taste like apricot syrup mixed with a beer... but it is tasty syrup. A little bit of metallic bitterness. Dry finish. Medium/light body with fizzy, but not annoying, carbonation.

The aroma is nice with lots of apricots and honey. There is also some malt and funky yeast. The flavor is like the aroma but sort of funky and corn like. The palate is thin. Overall it’s better than OK but not great.

The Apricot flavor is really a dominate flavor that makes this quite enjoyable. The rest is clean tasting with malts and hop hops. still yummy.

in the bottle. Amazing apricot nose oozes from the bottle. Not too sweet, not pit-y, just pure apricots. traditional apricot beer color. Taste - apricots, floral hops, good wheat base that is not wussy at all. A delightful beer for any season.

In the bottle from Beertopia. Pours a crystal clear orange-gold with a thin white head. The aroma is amazingly strong with apricots and honey. This is nowhere as sweet tasting as I would have discerned from the aroma. Apricot fruity without the unusual fake flavors often alongside this type of fruit beer. Very crisp and quick finish.

Bottle. Poured a clear golden amber color with a big white head that hung around a while. Aroma is sweet fruitiness. Flavor is wheaty sweetness that is very much dominated by the apricot. Mouthfeel and carbonation are good. Nice and refreshing on a hot day.

341ml bottle, 5% a/v Pours a slightly darker gold colour then the average beer with a plentiful head. The aroma is certainly dominated by apricot, with some sweet malt hiding behind it. The taste is also largely apricot with a semi tart hops finish. Does not seem like a wheat ale at all. A very nice beer from a VERY nice brewer. Thanks for another tasty brew St Ambroise.
