11.5 oz bottle. Pours a dark gold with nearly no head that is off-white that is gone quickly. Aroma is very sweet apricot. Flavor of sweet apricot is about all you get out of this one. No lacing, light carbonation, light body, no alcohol noted. Iíd like to call this my experiment gone wrong.

Aroma is sweet and peachy. The flavour is....sweet and peachy. Well iím assuming itís really apricot, but I know the smell and flavour of peach better so thats what Iím going with. This beer is pretty straight forward but tasty. I enjoyed it.

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured clear amber color with a moderate white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Average sweet apricot aroma. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Medium sweet fruity flavor with a sweet thin finish of moderate duration. Fruit brew, not my style.

zebracakes (1339) - Washington DC, USA - JAN 5, 2008
Bottle. Pours clear orange yellow, thick white head. Aroma is apricot, wheat, grass, caramel. Flavor is apricot, butter, chemical bitterness, wheat finish. Taste gets worse and worse as you drink it. The chemical bitterness gets stronger. Reminds me of childrenís tylenol. Drain pour.

Bobsy (194) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 4, 2008
Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a radiant pumpkin colour, with a small white head, which quickly falls away to a sparse film. Aroma of apricots and wheat, exactly as it says on the label. Initial taste is very grainy, and a bit bland, with the apricot present, but seemingly muted. The fruit flavours do became a lot more dominant as the beer warmed. I didnít find it as sweet as some of the other raters, and I imagine it could be a refreshing drink in the summertime. However, there is nothing here to make me buy it again.

Tap - Jesters, Toronto, orange colour, small almost non-existant head, obvious apricot aroma with a matching taste, some hints of peach and over-ripe apples also, not bad, I doubt I could drink more than one or two in a sitting as it is quite sweet

341 mL bottle. Copper orange with just a film of head. Aroma is sickly sweet apricot - syrup? Flavour is sweet apricot and a little wheat malt. Slightly dry finish. Kudos to McAuslan for doing something different, but Iím not a big fan of this one.

probstblueribbon (3246) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 28, 2007
341 ml bottle in 6-pack from LCBO (party leftovers), served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Medium-deep golden, clear, tiny white head. Aroma: Fuzzy Peach candies, other fake peach/apricot aromas, light biscuit and wheat. Palate: Medium body and medium to lively carbonation. Flav.: Plenty of peach/apricot candy, a little bit of wheat and biscuit; slightly sweet, slightly alcoholic (surprisingly).

Blech.

Loads of apricots in the aroma, with hints of citrus. Pours golden blonde. The flavor is dominated by apricots at first but then slips away into bready wheat flavors. Not bad but not for me.

A nice fruit beer. I donít like apricots but pair them with a wheat beer and thatís a different story. Nice apricot aroma. Pour was a light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was very apricoty with a hint of wheatines and not much else. Good beer. Would be better in the summer.
