Very fruity. My favorite summer beer. Refreshing, but nothing more than that.

On tap at the brewery terrace as part of a 12$ tasting set. A clear light copper with a filmy white ring of foam. It has a full on apricot & cream aroma - great. It makes me think of apricot & cream oatmeal, it is delicious.

A surprisingly yeasty apricot beer. Id go with fruit beer over american wheat, but they both work. Good in either. Very fruit centered, slightly sweet and slightly tart, bursting with apricot aroma. Well done

Tap. Bright, opaque orange-gold. Good lasting foam. Sweet apricot nose, but tastes of a dry apricot juiciness balanced with wheat and light hopping. Refreshing.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 10/24/2013. Pours fairly crystal clear deep gold color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of big apricot, peach, pear, wheat, honey, floral, grass, and light yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of apricot, pale malt, and fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of apricot, peach, pear, apple, honey, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and light yeast earthiness. Minimal earthy bitterness and slight fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, peach, pear, apple, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and light yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of apricot, pale malt, and fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/fruit balance and no cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice fruit beer. All around good robustness and balance of apricot, pale malt, and fruity yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Poured from a bottle. Amber color with a white head. Nose is loaded with sugary apricot. Taste is sweet light a cobbler and light bodied, making this easy to drink in my opinion. I honestly enjoyed this one.

341ml bottle from William Walter. Pour hazy amber orange with no head. Fruit sugar close to apricot. Taste is far from apricot, taste like cheap cooler. Drain pour !

Pours a yellow colour with some head. Aroma is very fruity, exotic and apricot. Taste is sweet and fruity. Aftertaste is more sweetness. Too sweet to be enjoyable in large amounts but interesting in itself.

Bottle. Smells amazing - pure sweet apricot. Sweet apricot and wheat flavour - fairly well balanced. Taste doesn't quite match the aroma but still, very nice.

Clear dark amber colour with about a finger of white head. Aromas of wheat, raspberries and yeast with flavours of raspberries and bread. The taste is good overall but I find the mouth feel a bit thin.
