Pours a clear deep amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is dominated by caramel, toffee and maple. Taste is caramel malts, toffee, maple all in a nice delicate balance... Finish is semi dry which really makes this beer nice and refreshing. Would be a great beer to make pulled pork with or to pair with a bbq?d tenderloin.

Pours a clear dark copper topped by a finger of creamy tanned head. The nose is, at first, more bubblegum than maple, but as it oxydises the maple is revealed. The taste is maple paired with roasted malts. Some earthy hops are barely present in the back and open to a dry finish. Medium-low body with a creamy feel and feeble carbonation. Interesting product with a good maple taste. Better have it fresh to really get all the maple. Cheers!

(bottle) clear, bright reddish brown colour with a small beige head; aroma of maple syrup, cake; clean, balanced, simple flavour

341 mL bottle. Looks like Dr. Pepper. All sweet maple syrup in the nose. Nothing else. Great, if you like maple syrup. That is pretty much all it tastes like, as well. The syrup come through so clearly it must have been added post fermentation.

Four-pack bought at the grocery store. Poured very cold into a shaker, deep copper in colour with a thin 2-3mm head that disappeared quickly. Aromas of malt and maple - LOTS of maple. Little to no hops to speak of on the nose, nor in the mouth. Taste of maple, right up front...intense and sweet, but not cloyingly so, kind of like dilute maple taffy in a glass. Probably the best maple beer I’ve had to date, better than the Schoune or Granville Island offerings I sampled recently. To my taste, the colder this beer is, the better - the malts get hidden by the maple as the beer warms up. Very tasty served ice cold, in a frosted glass.

De mémoire, très différente de l’année dernière, en meilleur. Cette version met le sirop d’érable en vedette et j’aime ça. Arôme de sirop d’érable puissant, goût équilibré et texture pétillante légère de pale ale. Hommage à l’érable.

341 ml bottle from saint-jerome IGA thx dad A: maple candy, woody, dark caramel app: clear dark copper border brown no head t/p: med body with sweet finish of average duration. Soft carbonation. O: bof. Half a bottle would have been plenty. Maple aromas are more candy like than natural.
