probstk (1005), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Nov 8, 2006 Pours medium amber with a slightly off-white head that lasts fairly well. Nice light, floral hops, some sweet malt notes and light fruitiness on the nose. Med. body and carbonation. Sweet, malty with flavours of butterscotch candy. A little hops comes through and sl. bitterness to finish. kwoeltje (1313), Manchester, Missouri, USA Oct 15, 2006 (draught) hazy gold with smallish head. Floral hops aroma - not too strong. Mixed sweetish malt, some fruit, some hops in flavor. pivnizub (4949), Bochum, Porúří, Germany Oct 15, 2006 Bottle: Slightly hazy, amber coloured, smaller, absolutely stable head, that sticks to the glass; enormous aromatic hoppy and fruity nose, some malt in the background; stronger bitter-sweet flavour; peppery hoppy, resinous finish, well balanced by some malt, lingering bitter aftertaste. Superb stuff, joss ! HenrikSoegaard (4263), Randers, Denmark Oct 13, 2006 Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Nice amber colour. Powerfull hoppy aroma. Good flavor, moderate long finish. Oily palate and a liottle fizzy. But a really nice beer. OldMrCrow (1179), Seattle, Washington, USA Sep 28, 2006 Bottle.

Pours an attractive golden amber with a modest head. The aroma is fruity - apple and peach - with a whisper of grassy hops. The flavor is gently sweet, again with the fruit notes - especially peach - dominating early before handing off to well-balanced if laid back floral hops. <!-- p -->
The flavors run toward an ESB and the whole comes together in a very drinkable way. I renjoyed this beer greatly. LadySusan (462), Ste-Therese, Quebec, Canada Sep 23, 2006 Amber golden color. It has the aroma of hops and the taste of caramel and fruits. It is a very good example of a pale ale. markas101 (541), Fargo, North Dakota, USA Sep 8, 2006 33cl bottle, Shelburne. Nice hoppy aroma with an interestig hint of grass, pours a light amber colour. Some hoppiness in the flavour, long finish.
