May 4, 2006 Bottle. Poured an amber color with a small off white head that quickly diminished. Initial aroma was very floral. As it warmed the aroma went to sweet malts, caramel, and dark fruits. The flavor was of dark fruits, sweet, and hints of hops. Slight caramel and dark chocolate aftertaste. Medium body and smooth. Enjoyable!

Apr 19, 2006 Bottle. Pours a light amber with a decent, albeit, a short lived head. Light hops on the nice, not a very strong aroma. Fruit (apricot) and a smidge of hops. A pleasent enough brew, improving as it warmed. Thanks to Blankboy for the bottle.

Apr 18, 2006 A friend brought this out from Toronto. Poured into a mug. Color is dark orange, can see through the beer. Aroma is strong, could smell it as I poured the beer. Taste is not strong however but pleasant. Smooth beer, not much aftertaste. Middle of the road Pale.

Apr 15, 2006 Decent, floral aroma, hops are very present initially and then slowly melds into a nutty earthy tree bark malt character. Some fruit is also present in the flavor, and has a nice clean flavor. I just wish it was a little bigger, but very well done.

Apr 14, 2006 Pours light bronze with quarter inch white head. Aroma is light floral hops. Taste is sweet hops with a sour aftertaste. Smooth, long lasting taste. Could use a bit more punch, but overall good.

Mar 23, 2006 Ok this is my second Canadian "American Pale" provided by HogTownHarry and I’m really starting to think they’ve got it going on up in Canada. This one is just as good...maybe better than the previous. Very West coast American attitude in this brew, with a little taste of an english style thrown in too. Aroma was finished with floral hops and taste was very nice straight up piney hops and some very slight citrus hop notes. Man they nailed this one. I’ve got to head to quebec now and get a few more of these :)

Mar 11, 2006 Clear copper with a fluffy honey colored head. Has some strange little floaters. Fruity, hoppy, buttery aroma. Clean, lightly buttery flavor with some pear and spicy hops. Very well balanced and easy to drink. Strikes me as more of a British Pale Ale.

Mar 5, 2006 341 ml bottle. Pours a deep golden amber with a moderate foamy head that lasted through most of the glass. Light, grassy aroma. Initial flavor is fruity and slightly sweet. An excessive dry mouthfeel then kicks in, which I think robs this brew of some of its flavor.
