Aroma - Malty, fruity, yeasty. Slightest hint of citrusy hops
Appearance - Dark golden amber with large, creamy white head. Considerable lacing on the glass.
Flavor - Full malt flavor with fruit and yeast, followed by a very tasteful use of hops. This is delicious!
Palate - Light to medium with a very crisp finish. Leaves you longing for the next sip.
Overall - Very drinkable. This bridges the hop gap between British and American pale ale.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 26, 2008 Bottle picked up at Del Cerro Liquor. This brew pours a clear dark amber color. Not much foam. Aroma is somewhat grainy with some maltiness. Some breadiness as well. Sweet and somewhat fruity up front. Some maltiness along with a bit of hop bitterness in the finish. A little different than your average APA, just not that great.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Sampled on 11/12/08. This Pale Ale pours a deep copper color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is caramel and fruity, with some floral and spicy hops. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet, with a strong fruity character. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. The fruitiness is well balanced by the hops bitterness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. JRHBrew (218), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada

De couleur cuivrée tirant sur le rouge. Tres houblonnée, pleine de gout. Pas une coche au dessus mais en vaut pleinement la dégustation.
