beerguy101 (3861), Newark, California, USA Nov 20, 2008 Sampled on 11/12/08. This Pale Ale pours a deep copper color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is caramel and fruity, with some floral and spicy hops. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet, with a strong fruity character. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. The fruitiness is well balanced by the hops bitterness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. JRHBrew (217), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada Nov 20, 2008 Golden-amber color with a brief white head. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA Oct 26, 2008 Amber beer with almost no head. No lacing either. Sharp hop bitterness and a metallic finish. Like eating some random garden flowers. Well not that bad. But it is a bit harsh. Not interested in anymore of this stuff.
