StompBrockmore (300), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 17, 2006 341ml bottle - pours a slightly hazy golden/amber with a medium white head. Aroma is very fruity/floral/creamy - different and interesting, with a good malt presence and flowery hops. Flavour is also fruity and lightly sweet, with ripe notes and good amount of hopping. Somewhat reminscent of an English bitter in many ways. Very flavourful. Good stuff.
elihapa (317), Connecticut, USA Oct 10, 2008 Bottle, tried in beer tasting. Pours a copper color with a medium head. Perhaps a little dark for a pale ale . . . Nice floral, hoppy aroma. Flavor was very well balanced, a mixture of flowery hops with a rich malty backing and some smoke. Just a well brewed pale ale. If I could grab a sixer of this for session drinking, I would in a heartbeat. steview (783), Oceanside, California, USA Oct 9, 2008 translucent copper body, about moderate lacing, somewhat thick and soapy white head; mostly earthy, medium floral, medium apple, light grapefruit, light peanut, light caramel; easy, good. lithy (206), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Oct 6, 2008 Clear golden copper color with a thin white head that quickly settles to a cover. Sweet and caramelly, apricot and peach aromas. More fruity apricot flavors and a dry finish with some lingering grapefruit hop bitterness. Nice pale ale. ucusty (1213), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Oct 5, 2008 Clear copper pour. Fizzy beige head. Hops on the nose. Hoppy flavor with a decent malt backbone. puboflyons (386), New Hampshire, USA Sep 26, 2008 Sampled at Barb’s Beer Emporium in Concord, N.H.
