| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 23, 2007 351 mL bottle. 2006 vintage. Translucent copper orange with very little head. Sweet (candied) fruity aroma with malt, tinned peaches and pears, and a little peppery hops. The taste is sweet, with a real plum pudding (with rum sauce) thing going on. More hops than expected. Nice hoppy/bitter lasting finish. Some alcohol burn down the back of the throat. Incredibly full and smooth. Expect this will be even better next year. SuzyGreenberg (1401), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 4, 2010 Pours hazy orange with a off-white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is fantastic. Mellow sweet fruitiness (apricots and maybe coconut??), with a bit of spicy and bready nose. Taste is very sweet - spiciness kicks in after a few seconds but subsides again to a bit of a malty sweetness. Thick, almost syrupy texture, very rich. Not much carbonation. Long finish. Fantastic. matt7215 (1002), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
