33cl bottle at home. This store brand of the Carrefour chain supermarket is a modest, not complex blonde. The dark orange, even amber coloured, hazy brew has a nice yet volatile white beige foam head. A strong lager hoppyness and maltness welcomes the taster. The taste is light, refreshing, with lots of bread and maybe even grassy notes. It really resembles a - enjoyable, for sure - lager beer. The finish is stronger, sharper, yet short.

A supermarket stuff brewed by deBocq. For me to much coriander but a balance between quality and price is perfect. Nearly clear blond with a nice head. Nose is coriander, spices, flowers. Body is medium, carbon fine also medium and texture slick. Taste is sweet. Palate is dominated by spices, yeast and coriander. B@H

330ml bottle, poured into La Chouffe tulip. A: Golden, slight haze, small fading head, minimal lacing. S: Fruity esters, with a note of Belgian yeast. T: Fairly sweet, hints of wheat + esters and yeast. M: Went down ok, not cloying or coarse. O: A Leffe Blonde clone, decent for what it is.
