COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big, bold, bitter IPA not only shows off a super hop kick but a depth of orange, apricot and ropical fruit flavours that are both refreshing and complex. Crammed full of four aromatic hop varieties, a fantastically tasty beer.

Bottle from Fine Wine Company (Portobello). Clear gold pour with a minimal white head. Ripe orange, kumquat, passion fruit aromas. A subtle bitterness ensures that the flavours aren’t subdued too much, there’s also a touch of sweetness that takes the edge off the hop bitterness. Average carbonation and a decent finish. Overall a very good beer. I like this a lot.

Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is airy and dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light airy malt, dry. Mellow pithy orange and orange peel. Airy dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Light and pleasant enough.

Pours a hazy orange gold, with a half the glass fizzy head, which dissipates at a medium to quick rate. Nose is caramel, grain, malt, with a developing hint of orange pith. Taste is a decent bitter English hop note which carries through, next to no sweetness, lingering bitter finish with a slightly not unpleasant sour note. (Sure thing with a curry)

Golden to orange colour with a big, foamy, white head (this dissipates quite quickly, but leaves a decent enough bit of froth. Aroma is hoppy but a bit bready or yeasty. Flavour is a nice balance of hops and malt; not too sweet and with a bit of citrus. Great texture, oily with a bit of fizz. Good beer.
