Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 30, 2003 The aroma is sweet with strong notes of yeast. The color is amber and it has a fine head - beutiful. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, apples, cloves, and wood. It ends on a rather sweet woody note that is not compensated by any bitterness. Thank to Jacob Lövenlund for giving me this experience. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 28, 2006 Bottled. Clear amber, small head. Pineapple aroma. Medium sweet and lightly fruiy with clean mouthfeel. The estery pineapple dominates, alcohol and some butterscotch and yeast contributes to complexity. Low bitterness. Papsoe (10386), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 23, 2005 Updated: Jul 23, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) Golden beer with a pretty, full head. Lots and lots of CO2. Spicy, floral nose - coriander is the obvious guess. Fat and almost vinous, full body. Goes down amazingly easy and could probably appeal even to pilsener drinkers. 040298
