Brewed to coincide with the climax of the rugby season. Ruck and Roll is a classic 4% abv English style Pale Ale. Amber in colour with a full, yet very dry palate balanced by succulent fruity hops. This is a classic cask conditioned beer with depth, structure and integrity.

A pleasant enough beer which I found lacking a little in powerful flavours. Malty biscuit flavours were nice but didn’t have anything to stand out from the crowd.

Cask conditioned at The Royal Blenheim, Oxford. Amber with white head. This proved to be sweet. malty, biscuity beer, otherwise little to be had. Just ok.

Fruity aroma. Very golden amber colour. Very clear. Slightly fruity flavour with a gentle taste. Slight aftertaste. Crisp and fresh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask by hand-pump at Wee Howff, Paisley - clear amber, thin cream head, weak malty, citrusy aroma, intermittent lacing, creamy malty, sweet, bit of toffee, some grapefruit, nicely balanced, easy to drink

Cask conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton 11/02/13. A copper coloured beer with a whitish head and lace. A decently balanced beer but unexciting. Light berry fruits. A creamy texture. Quaffable but oh so plain.
