COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled - pasteurised.
An exciting new addition to St Austell Brewery’s beer line-up. One of the first ales in Britain made with Galaxy hops, for a flavour that’s out of this world. Burnished copper in appearance, this handsome ale is a unique blend of homegrown Cornish barley, English Golding and specially imported Galaxy hops from South Australia. The result is a distinctive, full flavour with a delicious peach and apricot aroma. It’s Cornish ale, crafted to perfection.

This is probably a singing session beer. Very top notes, very floral and sweet summer fruit in both aroma and following taste. Peach? Melon? Ends with tangy hops. It has much more flavour than you think is possible for 3.8%

Bottle from Cave à Bulles. Pours clear orange copper (extra copper!) with a few beige bubbles. Aroma of light pitted fruit. Med body. Flavor of light pitted fruit and mild caramel with just a hint of grass. Carbonation is strong, finish is fruity and bitter. Nice variation on a UK standard.
