Flavour is fruits, some yeast and ends quite grassy. scotty (728), Scotland Jul 5, 2008 I’ve tried this many times, cant understand why I haven’t rated it before now. Anyway, it’s a good clear amber/gold colour, on this occasion the head is non-existent, but it may have been ok on previous suppings....I cant recall! Nose is pleasantly floral & slightly spicy, palate is rather lacking, at first there is a burst of malty sweetness but that just fades away and the overall finish is too short and bland. It’s not a bad beer, just lacks the balance and the length of finish to make it a cracker. azlondon (480), Greater London, England Jul 1, 2008 Appearance: Copper brown. Little bit of shortlived head.
Aroma: Malt and biscuits. Hops. Dark fruit.
Taste: Bit of malt, quite bitter. Unpleasant aftertaste.
