COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
Ingredients: Cornish Gold Malt; Willamette hops.
Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors alike to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK.
Roger Protz: “Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter”.

From cask. Clear golden. Aroma is grassy and hoppy. Taste is good. Very well balanced. Nice bitterness. Citrus, grass and maybe a little pomegranate. A bit grainy, but nothing significant. Very good. 100 dunkbar!

On draught in the Chain Locker, Falmouth. Had this after some much better more local ales, so if in the locale, be brave!
