COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
Ingredients: Cornish Gold Malt; Willamette hops.
Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors alike to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK.
Roger Protz: “Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter”.

On cask at Tennents Bar, Glasgow, 15/08/2014. Amber, slightly hazy (which I don’t mind), thick white head through use of sparkler, good lacing. Nice aroma of sugared grapefruit, with some yeastiness. Taste of sultanas and glace cherries, with grapefruit hoppiness; full-bodied. This ale is a favourite of mine, and on this occasion was exceptional.

On cask at a pub in Eastbourne. Looks quite cloudy with a near yellow colour. Fresh hops, some citrus, very low carbo, mild bitterness in the end. A bit dull and boring but with some fresh moments.
