COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
Ingredients: Cornish Gold Malt; Willamette hops.
Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors alike to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK.
Roger Protz: “Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter”.

On draught in the Chain Locker, Falmouth. Had this after some much better more local ales, so if in the locale, be brave!

Ashley Park in Walton on Thames. Very nice golden ale and better on tap than in bottle. Better with a view of the sea but worth a try if you have not had one brfore

Draught at The blue Peter, polperro, Cornwall. Pale, decent foamy head, light hippy nose, layered flavours with malt and fruity hops, nuanced and delicate. Smooth mouthfeel, blamed finish. This is what real ale is all about.
