Ingredients: Cornish Gold Malt; Willamette hops.
Tribute is a popular favourite with locals and visitors alike to Cornwall, as well as being a much sought after guest ale throughout the rest of the UK.
Roger Protz: “Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter”.

Cask (handpump) @ Pennybacks, B1, Birmingham. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, creamy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, hay, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, and some toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Very nice light dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear yellow with a little white head. Fruity and slight spiced aroma. Flavour is hoppy fresh with a note of a somewhat herbal soapy tone. Mild bitterness towards the finish, remains rather fresh fruity but also with that unmistakenly herbal/spice note.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] An orange-brown beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel - a lot of character. The flavor is sweet with lots of caramel and a bitter hoppy end, but from a hop sort I’m not fond of. The body is thin.

Cask@The Cove. Golden colour, mediumsized white head, lacing. Aroma is just lsight woodenness. Flavour is nectrar, freshly cut wood and some slight grassyness. Not really much for an aftertaste in this one.
