COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - November & December.
Fast becoming part of a traditional Christmas, Tribute Extra is the “extra special” version of the South West’s favourite beer. Packed full of zingy orange and grapefruit flavours with a full malt finish. The perfect treat for to warm the cockles on a winter’s day.
Style: Cornish amber ale.

Pours a clear, darker golden color. Topped with a white head. Malty aroma, not strong, some fruits and caramel. Fruity and malty with moderate bitterness in the finish. Pretty decent.

Hazyish golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is malty, hoppy, grassy and caramel. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Light sweet, light bitter taste. OK.

Cask at the Purple Turtle, Reading. End of the barrel, but they gave it to me for free, so might as well rate it. Medium white head. Gold body. Nose is tangerine, green apple, minerals, red fruit. Bittersweet. Dry finish.

Appearance is golden and clear, no head at all. Aroma- citrus fruit, orange marmalade, pine hints, toffee undertones. Taste- very fruity, marmalade, bitter hop undertones, solid, biscuity malt, spices, bitter finish, quite a bit of carbonation. Nice.

Bottle 50cl from Mondial. A clear copper beer with low head, nose is on caramel and floral hops, toasted notes. Aroma is on dry caramel, grassy hops, light honey, low body, quite bitter, crisp. Long bitterness on aftertaste.

bottle from Darts Farm Topsham. Deep golden with a white head. Quite full-bodied. Lots of malts, good fruity character - you can almost chew it.

500ml bottle from The Real Ale Store, Newark. Pours a hazy pale amber, with a small off-white head. Has a fruit and hop aroma with hints of citrus. Fruit and hop flavour with hints of caramel and a touch of spice.

Bottle. Golden amber with off white head that thins rapidly. Fruity floral aroma sweet taste with hint of lemon and slight bitterness at the finish. Thin mouthfeel and low carbonation. Refreshing and very drinkable.
