On tap at Fellows Morton and Clayton. Lovely amber mit grand creamy head. Lacing aplenty. Slight vinegar initially but settled down to slight hops. Smooth and dry. Perhaps too cold. Decent but I really shouldn’t have started with a 5.2% beer.

Tasting at Papsø’s, corked bottle
Cloudy orange-golden color, with medium sized head. Woody aroma, with mild Bretts. Very dry mouthfeel, some malt flavor, with a minor acidity, light Brett notes, correct bitterness, and a woody touch, some astringency too.
Most likely infected, and not what was intended, but it turns out pleasant.

From cask at Christian Firtal. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with tangerine notes, some wooden/earthy hops, and a touch of bourbon/oak. Sweet malty flavour with cane sugar notes, tangerine fruity complexity, and some oak and tannin. Had a 22yo Rosebank whisky next to it and it was a perfect match.

Cask @ C4, Odense. Pours dark Golden with a small White head. Fruity and malty nose and flavor. Citrus, leather, hay and Peach. A little Yeast perhaps. Medium bodied. The bourbon isnt really adding anything positive or exiting.
