Thanks jbrus! Murky brown in color with yellow edges, beige, coarse head. Aroma was very hoppy for the style. Taste was initially inviting, slightly roasted, sweet and fruity, but it just fell on its face prior to swallow....not bad, but this beer just quite on me.

Dec 29, 2008 Dark hazy brown body with a nice.lookin* creamy beige head. Complex aroma of coffe and nuts,dark chocolate&toffe, fine spicy-fruity perfume of raisins and wild fruits, clove. Taste of coffee,fine fruits and spices, dark-chocolate and cocoa-beans, caramel. Medium body, light aftertaste. Not a big character but very tasty, fine one.

Dec 26, 2008 (33cl bottle, BB 12/01/09) Pours a cloudy brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of pepper, toasted malt, nuts, raisins, and mustiness. Flavor of toasted malt, raisins, dried dark fruits, and caramel.

Nov 17, 2008 Bottle from bu11zeye. Pours with a light brown head and a murky dark brown body. Aroma of clove, a bit of leather, flowery with dark fruits. Taste is leathery and chocolatey with spices. A bit on the fizzy side.
