Commercial Description:
dark brown with a beautiful fine and steady head and a delicate sparkle. Pleasant aroma of dark malt. Slightly fruity.

A dark red beer with a good head. It has a sweet aroma. And a sweet taste - of a great malt blend - it’s not bitter at all. A realy good beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Brown and surprisingly clear beer, huge, frothy head. Caramel and candy sugars in the flavour with some roasted malt. Could do with a bit more body - this is surprisingly almost watery for a Dubbel. 170398

Bottled. Very dark ruby, minimal head. Roasty coffee aroma. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Lightly salty. Once it warms ash and fruits are revealed, but it doeasn’t really cover the somewhat sharp and metallic finish.

Bottle. Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively to soft. (181107)

Bottled. Deep murky reddish brown colour with huge beige creamy head. Aroma is spices, caramel malts, some yeast and slightly metallicness. Flavour is fruity, sweet malty as well as bready and yeasty. Solid and wellbalanced brew.

Dark amber color, thick creamy head. Light caramel aroma. Harsh mouthfeel, dry; poor structure, with a rising final of burnt sugar, bitter caramel and a strong bitterness; lightly metallic. Just a bit less unbalanced than the Blonde.
