A dark red beer with a good head. It has a sweet aroma. And a sweet taste - of a great malt blend - it’s not bitter at all. A realy good beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Brown and surprisingly clear beer, huge, frothy head. Caramel and candy sugars in the flavour with some roasted malt. Could do with a bit more body - this is surprisingly almost watery for a Dubbel. 170398

Bottled. Very dark ruby, minimal head. Roasty coffee aroma. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Lightly salty. Once it warms ash and fruits are revealed, but it doeasn’t really cover the somewhat sharp and metallic finish.

Dark amber color, thick creamy head. Light caramel aroma. Harsh mouthfeel, dry; poor structure, with a rising final of burnt sugar, bitter caramel and a strong bitterness; lightly metallic. Just a bit less unbalanced than the Blonde.
