Bottle (Helsinki Airport)
Dark brown, healthy tight head, red glints. Rich burnt caramel aroma at first, broadens to spicy and peppery hops. Not as sweet as expected from both the aroma and it being a brune. In fact pretty hoppy and refreshing - not sticky. No taste of alcohol. Mellow hoppy malt finish. Very solid brune.

Flaske. Over sidste holdbarhedsdato men alligevel utrolig god øl. Store gærrester flød rundt i den hvilket trækker ned i synsindtrykket men ellers meget harmonisk øl, med en god sødme fra tilsat sukker og et godt bid i eftersmagen.

Poors deep amber, with a lively head. Aroma is rich and smooth. Tastes of soft chocolatey malts, well balanced, thankfully not too sweet. The alcohol is quite prevalent.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a creamy tan head, good lacing and lots of chunks. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, coffee and dates. Flavour mirrors the aroma, with a little bit of added sweetness. Medium body with a surprising amount of tingly carbonation. A very nice dubbel.

Dark brown with a large off-white head. The aroma was strange and completely unexpected: a sweet lemon-sherbet mixed with spices, developing into liquorice with warmth. Taste of malt, fruit and dark chocolate with a late bitter hit.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a brown color with orange highlights. Small tope head. Nose: cherries, caramel, lit bit of roasted malt and spice. Taste is metal, toffee, and has some back end acid. I liked the nose better.
