4.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I have never had a quad before, so no expectations. This was amazing! I would have to say the first thing that came to my mouth after my first sip was root beer. There were dark fruit notes and bready aftertones but this beer was unique and amazing in my book. I am for sure getting it again and will recommend it to anyone who asks about it.

Lo unico malo de esta cerveza es que al tener tanta graduacion no se pueden beber muchas seguidas

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Flesje bernardus. Bij het openen maken komt Er al wat schuim uit. Mooi bruin bier, geuren van oa karamel. Smaak is precies wat je van een quadriple verwacht met een zachte afdronk en wat frisse tonen

4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Poured from a 355 ML bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- big malt and fruit smell, really good
Appearance- Pours a dark brown with a big tan head. Has a lot of sediment and I let that settle before tasting.
Taste- Incredible flavor, malt, hops and maybe some fruit
Palate- A medium bodied beer with mild carbonation. Excellent creamy texture.
Overall- A world class beer, outstanding.

bbe 01/04/2015 . I have no idea how to describe the aroma. nothing distinguishes itself from the rest except a basic malty aroma. coca cola colour, off white head. taste is plums licorice, medium sweetness , no bitterness, hint of alcohol. soft carbonation, slick feel, medium body, ligth bitter finish. Extremely balanced beer, haven’t tasted this fresh.

I had this several times and this is one of the best quadrupels. It does not reach thefruity flavours of the Rochefort but is somewhat drier and also very complex. You have to dig in it to get all it contains.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled via bottle at the Big Texas Beer Fest. Poured a hazy brown with a thick cream top. Taste of alcohol, toffee, Belgian yeast, and dried fruits. Highly active carbonation on the palate, medium body. Final thoughts: overkill on the alcohol flavor.
