Jun 10, 2008 Cloudy amberish colour. Coriander and marshmallow nose with light dusty yeast. Very spicy with light pear/apricot fruitiness. Spritzy, wheaty finish leans towards dryness.

Oct 11, 2007 Hazy orange with medium head. Aroma has coriander, orange peel and wheat. Same goes for the flavor. Somehow the taste doesn’t suit me.

(3/23/03) Cloudy straw body with fairly large head. Aroma is lemon, wheat and yeast. Taste is fairly flavorful -- moderately sweet wheat with a little lemon tartness. Medium body that’s mildly carbonated. (7/4/7/4/14)

Jan 6, 2008 Hazy golden with a loose head. The flavour has citric acidity, grapefruit peel, and a light honey sweetness. The bitterness is nice in the finish. It’s a wit bier and should as such have citric acidity, but I think this is a bit too much, at least for my liking.
